What is your MOQ?
1 metric tonne for standard grades. Sample orders of 100–500 g ship free (you cover courier or we bill freight collect).
Can I get free samples and TDS?
Yes. Tell us your application and water/sludge conditions and we will send a sealed sample with TDS by DHL or FedEx within 72 hours.
How fast is delivery?
7–15 days after payment for stock grades from Qingdao port. Custom grades 15–25 days.
Do you support OEM / private label?
Yes — neutral or your-brand packaging, with your documents (TDS, SDS, COA templates) if required.
Which languages do you support?
Business communication in English and Russian; site content in both, with more languages on request.
